Monterey Jazz Festival 2026 : trois jours au cœur d’un festival mythique
Monument de la scène jazz internationale, le Monterey Jazz Festival fait partie de ces rendez-vous qui ont construit l’histoire du genre tout en restant pleinement tournés vers le présent. Depuis 1958, le festival californien réunit à Monterey des artistes majeurs, des figures émergentes, des créations collectives et de nombreuses formations issues de la transmission et de l’éducation musicale.
L’édition 2026 s’annonce une nouvelle fois particulièrement riche, avec une programmation déployée sur plusieurs scènes, entre grandes têtes d’affiche, projets spéciaux, jam sessions et jeunes talents. Voici une présentation claire et structurée des trois journées à partir des visuels fournis.
